The perforations ensure extra flour falls away and steam escapes, resulting in a crispy crust every time. Made with rust-resistant aluminium, the perforated peel is built to last and offers a smooth surface for a seamless experience.

 Note:This peel is not recommended to be kept inside the pizza oven while cooking, but rather used to launch, turn, retrieve, and serve pizzas. We recommend cooking the pizza on the stone inside the pizza oven. If your pizza oven does not have a rotating turntable, cook your pizza evenly by turning it with the pizza peel.
